WRITING SELF-EXPLORATION

Approach
“EXPRESSIVE WRITING” was founded in the 1980s by the psychologist James Pennbaker. People write about personal experiences that stress them out, confront difficult feelings, and put into words what worries and fears they have.

WRITING FOR PEOPLE WITH EATING DISORDERS
Therapeutic writing has now proven itself in the treatment of numerous illnesses and can also support people with eating disorders in therapy. The aim of this online writing workshop is to help participants perceive their own needs, broaden their perspective and find better access to bodies.

WRITING FOR MORE SELF EFFECTIVENESS

Writing makes you think differently, puts into words what otherwise has no name. Through writing we become aware of our SELF in a different way, as the writer Siri Hustvedt says:. Writing is therefore a perceived transition from the inside to the outside - and therefore also a dialogue: Because writing is always for SOMEONE. Even diaries are for others, if only for another self – the me in ten years. Writing is therefore always a means of SELF-REFLECTION and self-knowledge - an opportunity to find new ways!
